General pics of my Clio R27. The first pics of it were 30/05/2008 - the day after I picked up it, and as you can see, it was a very dull day and the car was quite dirty. But thankfully, not all the pics are like that :-) There are also some pictures in here that are also duplicated in the Europe Road Trip album, as I just liked them, and thought they were good shots.

Some photos of before and after giving the Vee a good clean. First it was washed with Meguiars Gold Class shampoo, then clayed, with Meguiars clay and detailer, then waxed, Meguiars Gold Class Wax - on both the body work and wheels (which were cleaned with Autoglym wheel cleaner), then the black plastic bits were restored with Autoglym bumper care, which was also used to black the tyres, then finally some standard window cleaner to polish up the windows and lights. Then, on the way home from Chris' house I stopped on the seafront to take some more pics :)

It snowed! So i went out for a little drive to the post office and stopped for some photos on the way. Slippery it was, and also, one some photos some of the sideways blizzard snow got onto my camera filter, hence there is some splodges on a couple of the photos.

On Sunday 11th November, me and a couple of friends attended a meet for Japanese cars in Doncaster organised as a memorial for Glynn, a local car enthusiast who was tragically killed in a road accident a few weeks before. It was a cold day, but the turnout was good. Photos taken on my Exilim, and some are very average - it was very cold and my fingers were numb hehe :-)

Photos I took at the Motor Show this year, using my S5600 - but it was a total nightmare, either far too much bright light, or not enough light, and nothing in between! And before even getting to worrying about the lights, you had to get a gap in the crowds of people...

Mum wanted some photos of Abby, to put on the wall and send to friends etc, so we sat her down in front of the tree and took some. All these were taked using my Casio Exilim point and shoot.

Photos of the Lunar Eclipse on the 3rd of March this year. I'm quite proud of some of these, taken on my new (at the time) Fuji S5600, without a tripod. Braced the camera between the dash and windscreen of my 206 - and as it happened, the UV reflective coating on the windscreen worked as a really good filter, and they came out really well.

Between the 23rd and 28th of June, myself and two friends went on a road trip round Europe, taking in the Nurburgring, Davos, The Stelvio Pass and Monaco among other places.

These photos are poor because they were taken on my phone - but it was all I had with me. I went with Kyle for our first taste of some Urbexing - Urban exploration, basically looking round disused and abandoned places. This was a very easy start but it was interesting to see the abandoned station none the less.

More photos from the abandoned Butlins station. This time we did the job properly, and equipped with coats, gloves (well, K was, I forgot mine...), wellies, a camera and a tripod we returned for a proper look around. This included heading right into the under road tunnel, and walking right along the platform.
